Gaafu Dhaalu Thinadhoo City Council has launched a bicycle rental service, offering an eco-friendly and affordable way for visitors to explore the island. With 20 bicycles available at the harbour, the service is open to individuals aged 18 and above, with special provisions for children under parental supervision. Rental rates start at MVR 2 per hour for locals and MVR 5 for foreigners, receiving positive feedback for enhancing the visitor experience.
