The Maldives Destination Roadshow in Thailand, organised by local island councils to promote island tourism, concluded successfully at Central World, Bangkok on Saturday. The event, led by MI Advertising, saw participation from 60 delegations, including guesthouse councils and tourism providers, and was attended by Maldives Ambassador to Thailand, Fuad Thaufeeq. This marked the first international event aimed at promoting local islands, featuring active participation from island councils.
