The Maldives and Azerbaijan have signed two key bilateral agreements. The first agreement allows Maldivians with Diplomatic and Official passports to enter, transit, and stay in Azerbaijan for up to ninety days, moving toward potential visa exemption for all Maldivians. The second agreement aims to boost mutual tourism development, recognising the role of tourism in both countries.
