The Vice Present Uz Hussain Mohamed Latheef has officially inaugurated the Maldives MSME Awards 2025. This award, presented by the Business Centre Corporation (BCC), recognises the vital role of micro, small and medium enterprises in driving the Maldivian economy and aims to celebrate the achievements of local entrepreneurs. Speaking at the event to launch the award, the Vice President highlighted the critical role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in driving economic growth and the need for an innovative economy.
