Maldives has won the 'World's Leading Destination Award' for the fifth consecutive year at the 2024 World Travel Awards ceremony. Tourism Minister Ibrahim Faisal accepted the prestigious recognition expressing gratitude to all industry stakeholders who contributed to this achievement. Maldives emerged triumphant against 18 major tourist destinations including Dubai, Australia, and Greece.
