Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC)'s 4,000 housing units project has shown remarkable progress under the current Administration, achieving 47 per cent completion in five months compared with 38 per cent in the previous 22 months. The company has demonstrated increased productivity by laying 231 slabs in five months, exceeding the previous administration's 216 slabs in 22 months. The project, consisting of 32 towers with 2,800 three-bedroom and 1,200 two-bedroom flats being built by Indian companies KPIL and NBCC, is targeted for completion by July 2025.
