President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has inaugurated a new Pet Care Facility in Hulhumale’ Phase II, fulfilling a commitment to improve animal welfare services. Built on a 5,000 square foot plot, the facility offers a range of veterinary services, including check-ups, treatments, and operations for pets. President Dr Muizzu highlighted the previous administration's inaction on pet care, noting that this new facility addresses a long-standing public concern and advances animal welfare in the Maldives.
