The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced plans to resume the development of the water theme park in Hulhumalé, originally scheduled for completion in 2017. After terminating the contract with the initial developer due to limited progress, HDC now aims to move forward with construction within the next year. The updated plans include addition of an adventure park.
