The Maldives and Oman have solidified their decades-long relationship with the signing of two major agreements: a Mutual Visa Exemption Agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding on Political Consultations. The agreements aim to enhance diplomatic engagement, foster strategic dialogue, and deepen cooperation in areas such as trade, tourism, and investment. The two ministers also discussed plans to convene the first round of political consultations to further advance their shared goals.
