The forum, themed “Future of the Blue Indian Ocean,” focuses on regional collaboration for sustainable development, climate change mitigation, and innovative solutions in the blue economy. The Vice President will deliver a keynote address reaffirming the Maldives' commitment to sustainable growth and strengthening Indian Ocean partnerships.
